I.                     NEW BREED

Ft.Worth, Tx.

185 Tons Total, Trane Rooftop units

Complete engineered drawings were completed in less than 10 working days;  Job had a 4-week completion requirement from beginning to end.

 

II.                   CSC CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS

Irving, Tx.

920 Tons Total, Carrier variable air volume rooftop units on a new 3 Story office building.

Complete engineered drawings were completed in 15 working days for submission to City

For permit approval. This job however was cancelled, after completion of design documents

However it is illustrative of our ability to provide design services and drawings on a quick

turnaround schedule.

 

III.                 ULINE

Coppell, Tx.

160,000 SF Warehouse distribution facility with 15,000 SF office area. Design included

warehouse heating/smoke evacuation ventilation system and air-conditioned offices. Job

was completed in 2002.

 

IV.                 EXEL MAXTOR

Coppell, Tx.

380,000 SF Warehouse distribution facility. This facility was 100% air-conditioned.

Design and drawings for City permit were completed in 3 working weeks.

Construction was completed in 8 working weeks. Total of 511 Tons Carrier units.

 

V.                   GENERAL MOTORS PARTS DISTRIBUTION WAREHOUSE

Roanoke, Tx.

425,000 SF Warehouse distribution facility. This facility was 100% air conditioned and

had a total of 550 Tons. Office areas were designed using variable air volume rooftop

units and mixing boxes. Warehouse area had 12 – 40 Ton constant volume rooftop units.

 

VI.                 FORD PARTS DISTRIBUTION WAREHOUSE

Ft.Worth, Tx.

252,000 SF Warehouse distribution facility. 11,000 SF office areas were air-conditioned.

Warehouse areas were heating and smoke evacuation systems. This particular project

had a requirement for year round ventilation which required a special direct fired make

up air system to bring in air at all times as well as provide heating for the outside air

Which was being brought in.

 

VII.               OSTEOMED

Addison, Tx.

50,000 SF Specialty medical manufacturing facility. This facility was 100% air conditioned,

with a total of 203 Tons. Specialty HVAC design was required for a Class 10,000 cleanroom,

an Instrument Calibration Lab with requirement of 68 deg. plus or minus 1 deg, high heat

load machine shop areas and stainless steel acid vapor ventilation systems.
